Home & Garden machine repairs are carried out at our workshop in Larkhall.

An upfront inspection fee of £45.00 is required to book the machine into the workshop. This covers the inspection and labour on the machine. Once the workshop has diagnosed the fault a member of our team will be in contact to let you know the price of any parts required to complete the repair of the machine.

K3-K7 Pressure Washers, WD Vacuum Cleaners & FC Floor Cleaners: £45.00 INC VAT

Our workshop do not carry out repairs on Home & Garden steam cleaners.

For repairs on Karcher K2 models our workshop charge a reduced inspection and labour fee of £25.00 INC VAT. Our workshop class K2 repairs as “high risk” as the price of repair can quickly become very close to or greater than the price of a new K2.

For older machines we advise you contact us prior as our workshop does not carry out repairs on some older machines. Examples of these older machines are: KB4040 ,KB5050, KB6060 , 720MX , K5.85, K6.85 , K7.85, 411a , 520m, 620m, B502.

For machines under warranty please bring with you a copy of your proof of purchase.

Please note unless the machine has been purchased directly from us in Larkhall we have no note of machine guarantee periods. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform staff if they believe the machine is still within the guarantee.

Home & Garden machines can be dropped off and booked into our workshop for repair & service Monday- Friday 09:00 – 17:00 at the below address:

We aim to attend all breakdowns within 72 hours of the call being logged (excluding weekends). Priority will be given to contract customers.

Professional Charges:

£79.00 + VAT Standard Callout Charge

£60.00 + VAT Per hour labour
